Description |
8 x 10 enlargement of a postcard, the C. D. Smith building is on the southwest corner of what is now 60th Ave and Maple. Mr. Smith is the man on the left with the beard. Knudsen’s Grocery reportedly was here for about ten years from 1906-1916, when it moved to the middle of the block directly west at what is now 6109 Maple. Note horse drawn delivery wagon. Emil Carlson, Plumbing and Heating is in the far right building. The three digit (#527) address on door to second floor indicates date prior to 1913. |
