5 1/4" x 3 1/4" card from the Omaha City Treasurer on information for taxpayers. On the front is the information for regular taxes and on the back is information for special assessments and plan for payment. "Tax Payers' Information Regular Taxes County and State Taxes are due November 1st, current year. County and State Personnel Taxes become delinquent December 1st, same year. County and State Real Estate Taxes become delinquent May 1st, following year. City Taxes are due May 1st, current year. City Taxes become delinquent July 1st, same year. All regular taxes draw interest at 10 per cent. per annum after delinquency, except City Taxes levied prior to 1906, and South Omaha levied prior to 1916. All delinquent taxes and special assessments advertised in October each year and offered for sale in November. Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. M.L. ENDRES, County and City Treasurer, OTTO J.
